Tras la finalización de la COP27, celebrada del 6 al 18 de noviembre en Sharm El-Sheikh, Egipto, se lograron algunos avances en materia de financiación, como la creación del Fondo de Pérdidas y Daños. Sin embargo, algunos otros puntos relacionados con el objetivo de 1,5ºC., en especial, el abandono del uso de los combustibles fósiles, han quedado rezagados respecto a los avances esperados. It aims to introduce transparent recruitment procedures in companies, so that at least 40% of non-executive director posts or 33% of all director posts are occupied by the under-represented sex by the end of June 2026.

This year’s Global Talent Competitiveness Index (GTCI) paints a disquieting picture of widening talent inequalities that could hinder our efforts to reach key targets of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
